Challenge

Reading the news in 2020 could be overwhelming, but hard to look away from. But how could we get people - across the globe - to subscribe?

Idea

When the world is complex, the Guardian Weekly gives you clarity.

Result

My creative partner and I developed this concept and found illustrator Rafael Alejandro to bring it to life. I wrote copy across the full integrated campaign, from out of home and press to social, CRM and display.

The campaign launched in Dublin and Berlin.​ And we won Best Use of Illustration at the Drum Design Awards.
